The Medication Aide Program prepares qualified CNAs to safely administer medications in long-term care facilities under nurse supervision, in accordance with state regulations.
Eligibility Requirements

- Dosage calculation basics
- Safe medication administration
- Documentation and MAR charting
- Legal and ethical responsibilities
- Infection control during medication administration
- Observing and reporting side effects
Clinical Component
Students complete supervised medication administration practice in approved facilities.
Certification & Compliance
Graduates are eligible to take the state Medication Aide exam where required. All instruction aligns with state-approved training guidelines.

Fees may be paid by money order, cashier’s check, Zelle, PayPal, debit card, or credit card. Full payment for tuition and books must be made on the first day of class. Students are responsible for the cost of the Medical Assistant Certification Exam, uniforms, and any additional required materials.
